Package Move In Service for First Year Students on Newton & Upper CampusÌý

Upon receiving housing assignments from Residential Life, first year students can begin shipping packages to BC.Ìý

For students who will be living on Newton Campus or Upper Campus, large packages (minimum 2 cu ft) arriving by August 14, will be placed directly into student rooms. In-room delivery is limited to 6 packages per student, therefore we ask that students send only essential items in the first few weeks of August.ÌýPlease be aware that this service isn't available to first year students living on Brookline Campus at this time.

All smaller packages, letter mail and packages arriving after the deadline will be held in the mail rooms for pickup.Ìý Students will be notified of package location by email.

Mail Room Locations

Student Mailing Addresses

Student mailing addresses depend on which residence hall they live in and which mail room they visit to pick up their packages and letters.

Important notes about proper addressing:

  • Please use the student's name as they are registered at °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College. Use of a nickname may delay the delivery of their package.
  • There is no need to include "°¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College" in the address, as carriers recognize the street addresses as BC locations.
  • Please double check that you are using the correct zip code to be sure your package is delivered to °¬¿ÉÖ±²¥ College (and not a similar nearby address).
  • Improper addressing leads to delays in delivery from the carrier and sorting in the BC mail room.
