Paul Romer
Seidner University Professor
Founding Director Paul Romer is one of the most influential economists of the 21st century who has consistently brought a new perspective on addressing existing concerns. In 2018, Romer was awarded the Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel by the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences for his work 鈥渄emonstrating how economic forces govern the willingness of firms to produce new ideas and innovations.鈥� Romer currently is the Seidner University Professor at the Carroll School of Management and teaches 鈥淒igital Self Defense With Python.鈥� His work at 艾可直播 College focuses on digital security, authenticity, and integrity, and how to protect the economics of ideas in the digital age.
Sam Ransbotham
Professor and David J. Mastrocola Dean's Faculty Fellow
Sam Ransbotham is a Professor of Business Analytics and the Mastrocola Dean鈥檚 Faculty Fellow at the Carroll School of Management, focusing on machine learning and AI in business. Ransbotham has served as an editor of numerous academic journals and currently co-hosts the podcast, Me, Myself, and AI at MIT Sloan Management Review.
