Ticket Policy


When you receive a ticket, you agree that:

  • You will use the ticket/item(s)聽for yourself.
  • You will not sell nor give the ticket/item(s) away.
  • If it becomes known that you sold the ticket/item(s) or have an intention to sell, you will not be able to receive your ticket/item(s) and your eligibility for future lotteries will be evaluated or possibly revoked.

To allow us to successfully advocate for increased numbers of tickets as well as tickets to more events in the future, we must prove that there is an interested need in the tickets; so we ask all students to consider these elements when selecting a "pick-up" time.

Scheduling ticket pick-up appointments

  1. You will email the Montserrat Office to confirm the day/time you will pick up your ticket/item(s). Selected pick-up times are appointments agreed upon by both Montserrat and the individual student.聽

  2. In some cases, the Monsterrat Office will determine the day(s)聽you can pick up your ticket/item(s).

  3. If you are unavailable to pick up your ticket/item(s) on the date set by Montserrat, you will email the office to determine an alternate day for pick up.

  4. 聽If you do not show up to your pick up time on the pick-up day, you forfeit your ticket/item(s).

  5. You聽must聽call聽the Monsterrat office if you will be late to your pick up time.聽

  6. If you do not contact us, and show up later than 15 minutes to your pick up time, you forfeit your ticket/item(s).
