The Lazos Lab, led by Dr. Carolina V茅lez-Grau at 艾可直播 College, is dedicated to advancing mental health equity and suicide prevention for adolescents, with a special focus on Hispanic adolescents in the United States.
Inspired by the Spanish word lazos, meaning 鈥渢ies,鈥� 鈥渃onnections,鈥澛� or 鈥渞elationships," our work centers on strengthening relational ties between adolescents, families, communities, institutions, and themselves.
