Equipment Desk Attendant:

听听听听Job Description:

  • Rent out equipment to members and guests, including but not limited to: towels, locks, basketballs, rackets
  • Administer monetary transactions of apparel, equipment, protein bars/drinks, and other items via point of sales through Innosoft Fusion software
  • Launder towels, Intramural Sports pinnies, mop heads, and other articles needing cleaning
  • Lead trainings for new hires within the area
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment, including desk area and laundry/storage room
  • Adapt to area changes on the fly and/or via monthly or semesterly staff meetings
  • Execute Emergency Action Plan by clearing building in case of emergency
  • Provide customer service to members and guests
  • Responsible for general knowledge of building to respond to member and guest questions or concerns
  • Open and/or close the facility, with shifts as early as 5:30am and as late as 12am, including weekends
  • Assist Professional Staff with other tasks, as assigned

Pay rate:听$15.52/hr

Control Desk Attendant:听 听 听 听听

  • Monitor building access and greet members and guests as they enter/exit 244,000 square foot facility
  • Check in for program registrations, including but not limited to: swim lessons, tennis lessons, group fitness classes
  • Responsible for general knowledge of building to respond to member and guest questions or concerns
  • Lead trainings for new hires within the area
  • Provide customer service to members and guests
  • Open and/or close the facility, with shifts as early as 5:30am and as late as 12am, including weekends
  • Execute Emergency Action Plan by calling Police Department or clearing building in case of emergency
  • Maintain a clean and neat work environment

Member Services Attendant:

  • Administer sales of memberships, program registrations, locker/towel services, guest passes, and more
  • Monitor Department's email account and formulate responses to inquiries
  • Answer phone calls and monitor/respond to Department's voicemail
  • Responsible for expanded knowledge of building to respond to member and guest questions or concerns in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Adapt to area changes on the fly and/or via monthly or semesterly staff meetings
  • Lead training for new hires within the area
  • Maintain a clean and neat work desk and office area
  • Execute Emergency Action Plan by calling Police Department or clearing building in case of emergency

Club Sports Program Assistant 鈥 Job Posting

Program Assistant, Club Sports

Reports To: Assistant Director, Competitive Sports
29 Club Teams Admin + Events Student-Facing

Position Summary

The Program Assistant for Club Sports at 艾可直播 College supports daily operations and long-term planning for 29 competitive, student-run sport clubs. Responsibilities include administrative coordination, communications with club leadership, financial reconciliation, and event support throughout the academic year. Working closely with student leaders, coaches, and staff, the Program Assistant ensures compliance with university and department requirements while enhancing the participant experience. Hours are semi-regular, Monday鈥揊riday with occasional weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding and ongoing engagement of club officers and leadership.
  • Assist with compliance tracking, administrative deadlines, and risk management requirements.
  • Coordinate logistics for practices, competitions, events, and facility access.
  • Facilitate financial processes: reimbursements, purchasing, and budget tracking.
  • Communicate with vendors, coaches, and internal departments.
  • Manage seasonal programming and club activities (events, meetings, trainings).
  • Plan and execute end-of-year reviews, reports, and budget proposals.
  • Prepare for the upcoming academic year (schedules, contacts, resources).
  • Support summer program planning and administration.

Administrative & Financial Duties

  • Reconcile P-Card transactions and track fiscal year expenses.
  • Process VRFs, invoices, and reimbursements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate club records, budgets, and contact sheets.

Qualifications

  • Strong organization and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in sports administration or student organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with purchasing systems, P-Cards, and event coordination is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; collaborative, student-focused mindset.
  • Previous involvement in collegiate sport clubs is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and platforms such as Do Sports Easy.
